This year we will conducting various enhancements and updates to the infrastructure and site platforms. We usually slate Friday nights through Sundays for our maintenance windows and will continue to do so this year. As our normal operating procedure, any maintenance that might hinder the usability of the sites, we will post messaging on the sites to inform our users of the actual timing of the maintenance windows and of possible outages.
There will be an increase in the number of maintenance windows in which site access will be interrupted this year as we are looking to expand our high-availability scenarios. For these scenarios, we will post notices a week prior to the maintenance or earlier if the downtime will be significant.
Keep in mind, there will be times that we need to release critical security updates as soon as possible which might result in a short notice. This is normal operating procedure and we will do our best to effectively communicate these scenarios when they occur.
Regardless, we will continue to strive for our 99% up time service level to best support you and your initiatives.
